I know that most people don't have time on a regular basis to go to the gym or do yoga during their work day. And that is why I will be providing simple exercises that you can do at work, without having to change your clothes!

This video is a great way to work on your handstand preparation and build strength in your core.
Get into plank pose (like a push up position) and place your feet on a rolling office chair, using your core roll the chair towards your head. Firmly plant your hands, spreading your fingers wide. Keep your gaze in-between your hands. Linking your breath….inhale in plank, exhale roll the chair towards your head.
