When you are feeling stressed at work or can't seem to wrap your mind around a problem, try getting into Downward Dog and looking at the situation from a different perspective. 
Breathe in through your nose and exhale out of your mouth, 3 times. 

Calms the mind and relieves mild depression.
Strengthens the arms and legs.
Improves digestion.
