Calm Your Mind

Oftentimes we become so fixated on doing every pose "right". Or we obsess about attaining a goal in a pose; heels reaching the mat in Downward Dog, rolling over the toes from Chaturanga Dandasana or stacking the hips in Ardha Chandrasana (Side Moon Pose).

These are imperfections in our minds and not at all the practice of yoga. When we allow the breath to be our companion, you forget about the imperfections in your mind and you allow the practice to flow through your body and transform you.
