Making CORE Workouts FUN!

I'm trying to make core workouts a little more fun by using the yoga wheel. Start in plank with the wheel at your ankles. Then roll the wheel towards you over your feet, hugging the knees to the chest. Hold here for three breaths and then roll back to plank. It's so important that your whole body be engaged otherwise you will fall off the wheel and possibly hurt yourself. Focus on your entire hands pressing into the mat and pushing yourself away so that you round in the upper back and externally rotate the arms. Remember HAVE FUN!!
