Reach Your Health Goals in 2017!

I don't talk about weight very often, because I know that people have issues surrounding weight and body image. I know because I am one of those people. 

My wife and I have been on the journey of adoption for over a year and it's been a very stressful year! Between the home study and trying to be "matched" with a child, I ate a lot of my feelings. I don't drink alcohol but I do eat sugar. And 2016 I ate a lot of it! On January 1st, like many people I made a resolution and commitment to me; to become a healthier version of myself. 

I enrolled in a certification program to become a Health & Wellness Coach. I've been learning and applying what I've learned to my own life. And at almost the 3 month mark, I am so proud to say that I lost 16 pounds and reached my GOAL WEIGHT!
