Small Group Health Coaching


This is not a diet program, this is hitting the reset button on your life and becoming more in tune with who you want to be on a daily basis. The version of you that has energy and feels healthy! 

If you follow the program and put your best effort into it you will see weight loss as a result but more importantly, you will create new healthy habits in your life. Habits that will stick and that you’ll feel good about.
We will be creating a new relationship with food, adding more vegetables and protein to your diet and physical exercise for 8 weeks. 

This small group coaching model is designed in the Flip Learning style successfully used in some schools. Each week you will be sent an email to read which will instruct you on the concept we are covering that week; including the habit change homework. We will come together as a small group on Mondays to discuss our emotional relationship to food, to gain support, answer questions and tailor the program to your life with Gretchen’s direction. You will also be able to chat and support each other in a private Facebook group between our meetings.

This small group coaching takes place at the Bee Yoga Fusion studio every Wednesday night at 7 pm with Gretchen Schock for 50 minutes.
Gretchen is a certified Health and Life Coach and is passionate about inspiring people to make simple life changes to feel better in their own bodies, allowing your clothes to fit better and to have more energy to be the best version of yourself on a daily basis. 

8 sessions on Wednesdays, all of January and February.
